AEROSPACE CNC MACHINING

Avior offers state-of-the-art aerospace CNC machining services to all its customers. We provide a wide range of machined products in different materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium. These products all share a common requirement of high precision machined components meeting our customer engineering and quality requirements at competitive pricing.

An important feature of the automated robotic cells is we can accommodate low production batches with minimum set-up costs. This is achieved through standardization of our fixturing, raw material preparation, and tool crib management strategy. The result is very competitive pricing for low production batches.

Our in-house assembly and processing capability allows for a complete next-level fully assembled product. Do you need machined assemblies that incorporate sheet metal parts, composite details, or bearings and seals? As a well-known aerospace manufacturer, Avior provides a one-stop turnkey solution.

OUR EQUIPMENT

Our core aerospace CNC machining competency is for complex 3, 4, and 5 axis components that are between 2’’ x 2’’ size up to 40’’ x 60’’. While the mid-size machined parts (24 inches) are core to our business we have also established a highly competitive automated robotic cell for smaller details (6 inches). The automation strategy allows for unattended machines for up to 4 days operating three shifts. This machining strategy provides very competitive solutions for our customers.
