Avior Integrated Products provides a broad range of aerospace composite products to its customers. Our product focus for composite components includes aircraft fairings, ducts, and composite flight control components.

Materials We Use

The composite facility works with a broad range of fiber reinforcements and resin systems. We purchase our materials from customer-approved suppliers and perform all required receiving and extension testing of materials in our in-house laboratory. Traceability and expiries are ensured through robust in-house software linked with our database. OUR MANUFACTURING CAPABILITIES

Avior has established a world-class composite manufacturing capability that holds a broad scope of composite fabrication approvals with Boeing, Airbus, BellFlight, and Bombardier. We operate a fully accredited clean room as well as a suite of autoclaves to accommodate the fabrication of large aerospace composite products and structures

The latest technologies are in place to support the composite operations: Prepreg ply cutter, ply laser projecting system, 5 axis machining, automated 10-axis UT inspection, honeycomb core machining and forming and more.

Our aerospace testing lab services are Nadcap approved but also certified by Boeing, Airbus, Bombardier, and Bell Flight. We offer these services as part of our turnkey solution for the composite fabrication business as well as service to clients seeking only testing and inspection services.

Testing capabilities include non-destructive and full-scale destructive testing, geometrical and dimensional inspection, physical testing, mechanical testing, and elevated and wet conditioning chamber.
