July 19th, 2023 – Avior has completed the acquisition of Brematech Inc. of Pointe-Claire, Quebec. Brematech is engaged in the fabrication of machined components for the Aerospace and Defense industry. The business provides 3 and 5 axis machining capabilities as well as a specialization in Turning and Lathe components.
This acquisition will provide Avior with added machining capacity as well as new capabilities in turning and lathe components. These new capabilities will be used to support Avior’s growing mechanical assembly business, enhancing our aerospace CNC machining offerings. Brematech customers will see increased capacity and capabilities as well as working with an integrated full-service supplier.
