Experts in the Fabrication of Aircraft Structures and Mechanical Assemblies
Over the years, Avior has acquired expertise in the manufacturing of aircraft structures found on commercial, business and military aircraft as well as helicopters. We are proud to say that we hold several approvals and accreditations from renowned organizations and manufacturers such as Nadcap, BellFlight, Boeing, Bombardier, De Havilland and many more.
Whether large or small, our hybrid lightweight structures incorporate both aerospace composite products and sheet metal components. We control the entire manufacturing process from start to finish which allows us to achieve the perfect balance between weight and cost and reduce supply chain delays and risks.
Leveraging our expertise in aerospace CNC machining and manufacturing of castings and forgings, we are able to design complex mechanical assemblies ranging from a simple bellcrank to more complex flight control assemblies. Part of these assemblies are considered flight-critical components and require a high level of accreditation from our customers.
